AB Designari LLC uses the information you provide to respond to inquiries, review directory submissions, and coordinate your project.
Information you share
Forms may include your name, email, phone, project address, project details and an optional property survey. Workspace members may share project messages and files, including comments tied to a specific file version. File comments follow that file’s access restrictions and may generate project message notifications. Inquiries and surveys are available to the studio. Workspace content is limited by membership, project assignment and sharing settings. Project contact records can include names, companies, project roles, email addresses, phone numbers and notes. The studio chooses whether a contact record is studio-only or visible to assigned project clients; adding a contact does not grant workspace access. The studio can record an ownership change and create a separate workspace for an incoming client. Ownership records stay private to the studio, and historical messages, files, signatures and financial records remain with the original workspace. Access to either workspace is managed separately.
Directory and portfolio
Submitting a business listing does not publish it. The studio reviews submissions, and contact details are shown publicly only when their publication options are selected. Public portfolio content is managed separately from private workspace records.
Email notifications
When email delivery is activated, the studio’s configured email service, Google Workspace or Resend, processes notifications and confirmation emails. Form confirmations include the submitted information. Project message emails may include the message text for recipients with access; file notices include a protected link. Survey files are not attached to form emails. Workspace members can manage message, file, invoice, proposal, meeting and service emails under Settings or Notifications. The studio can also control inquiry and directory alerts to its configured inbox. Account-access invitations and form submission confirmations remain on. Email copies already delivered cannot be recalled through the portal.
Invoice viewing records
When an assigned client opens an issued invoice in the private workspace, we record the account and the first and latest viewing times for that invoice version. These records help the studio follow up on billing. They are separate from email delivery and email-open reports, and do not indicate that every part of a document was read. Viewing an invoice does not approve a proposal or authorize payment.
Address suggestions
Address suggestions use Photon, a service operated by komoot using OpenStreetMap data. When you type in the address field, the entered address text is sent through our server to that service to find matching places. Your name, email and project message are not included in that lookup. You may enter an address manually. Suggestions are not retained as project records unless you select or type an address and submit the inquiry. The service is subject to komoot’s privacy policy.
Project maps
Private workspace maps show only projects your account can access. When the studio chooses to locate a project, its saved location text is sent to Photon to find an approximate position; client names and contact details are not included. The studio may also set a pin manually. Map tiles are served by OpenStreetMap, which receives ordinary browser requests for the displayed map area. Pins are project references, not property boundaries or survey information.
Sign-in and external services
Workspace sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication. Hosting, database and file storage services process information needed to operate the website. External payment, Google Drive and Gmail links open their respective services, where their access settings and privacy policies apply. A saved project link does not change the permissions of the linked folder or mailbox.
